Pre-music Breakfast
Epi bread (from fridge dough). Not the most successful shaping, but I find it is hard to do right with fridge dough (both because it's cold and very soft). Still it was great, especially because I baked it with steam, so the crust was awesome. Outside, the garden is being overrun by weeds that were turbo-started overnight by the recent rain. Later on we'll be at the Treasure Island Music Festival, enjoying VIP tickets, no less! (Tix courtesy of my employer.) The festival's website states, "Reasonably priced food (including vegetarian/vegan options) and drinks will be available on-site." Look forward to that! Both the vegan food and the drinks :)
