About Ethical Pizza

We're vegans living in San Francisco. We love good food, and bread, pizza, and baking. Mr. Ethical Pizza was born and grew up in Central Europe, so he was always surrounded by a large variety of delicious breads. Not until he moved to Silicon Valley did he realize that taking all this for granted is a mistake. The lack of easy access to good bread was what originally got him interested in home baking, but over time this developed into an obsession fascination for the science and art of baking.

Happy browsing!

Wonderful looking pizzas... As of all non-vegan things I probably miss it the most.

And yes I agree, what we do to animals is simply unaccepable.

Anyway, great blog - Thanks!

Hi Barna,

I'm about to take on the journey of reading all your blog entries from scratch!

I know, I know, the real journey starts with the baking but I'm taking this seriously. =)

We don't have any vegan cheeses here in Chile, but we do well without them anyway. I've made some pizzas already and though I used to put something to 'replace' the cheese (like scrambled tofu) now I've find that it isn't really necessary. They are yummy anyway!

Kindest regards,

Samuel.
